When you enter an Event we will charge you a fee for the Event, so you will need to submit your credit or debit card number and other payment information to enable our third-party service provider to process your payment. We do not store, transmit, or process any customer payment card information provided to us at any time.

How long do we keep personal information for? If you contact us with an enquiry or unsubscribe from our marketing communications but do not enter an Event we will not retain your data for a period exceeding 2 years. If you enter an Event we normally retain your information for 6 years after the Event. It may be longer if it is clear that you wish us to continue to retain it either by you indicating this is the case or by making it clear through your actions, for example still using the Service.

In certain cases, it may not be physically possible to delete certain data (for instance, where it is stored on a secure external server), in which case we will take appropriate steps to ensure that it is not available for re-use or disclosure to third parties.

Your rights as a data subject

As a data subject you have certain legal rights (subject to certain exceptions under the applicable Data Protection legislation) including the right:
